- Through initial construction to full operational status, managed largest oilfield contractor camp in the world (9 million SqM footprint) based in Saudi Arabian desert;12,500 personnel with an integrated industrial complex totalling 108 units each of 15,000 SqM.
- Formed transportation & logistics companies from the ground up (conception to actual) within difficult, often remote & hostile environs with limited infrastructures, i.e. Republic of Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Peru, Kuwait, Egypt & Nigeria.
- Re-aligned Transportation companies to be more efficient, cost effective and profitable.
- Re-structured Transportation companies from non asset based business units (engaging over 70 Sub-Contractors) to 100% asset based with full “In-House” operations.
- Tailored Transportation companies to encompass Total Logistics Solutions (TLS) incorporating warehousing, RH & D plus full intermodal operations.
- Formed the first ever 24/7 Transportation Call Centre in the MENA (Middle East-North Africa) Region.
- Standardised business systems, infrastructure platforms, policies and procedures to deliver substantial cost savings coupled with maximising synergies on both a national and global basis.
- Took a Lead Role in the largest ever recorded humanitarian aid programme in the world (KBR RIO Project *) supplying over 92,000,000 litres of fuel per week from Kuwait into Iraq.
- Took a Lead Role in training and mentoring multi-national, multi-cultural, multi-discipline work forces for over 30 years.
- Took a Lead Role in a totally seamless corporate relocation to newly constructed premises with minimal disruption to major business units.
- Takes an active role as a retained Logistics Consultant for the Gerson Lehrman Group providing professional advice to global institutions and investors.
